Well, Saturday night, we told everyone. We're going to have a baby...Late January! Pretty awesome. In fact, we went to the doctor today, and heard a tiny heartbeat. The baby looks like a little manatee at the moment, but let's just hope it looks like its mother. Can't wait...

(I have no idea how to change a diaper, but I pick up after the dog enough that my gag reflex is a bit more relaxed. Things are going to change...which will be very good. The new house has an awesome room for a nursery already, so that's a plus. Now, we just have to wait.)

Hey, congratulations on the upcoming addition to your family!! :) That is very exciting news, you must all be thrilled. Have you picked up the kid's first Red Sox hat yet?
P.S. Really, really random note....but do you remember turning in a paper for Fr. Dan during the Russian Revolution class (History 490, the class that I had no idea was an honors class until I walked into the first session!) and it had a title that went something like, "Yes, Comrad!"? I thought it was you who came up with that and I thought the way it was presented was clever.
